Found upstairs in one of the shopping areas. You can enter from both the inside, and the outside via the wooden steps. There are lots of cakes, and a good choice of hot drinks. The inside of the cafe is VERY small, crowded and cramped. The food and drinks are great but there's definitely a lack of space. Outside there are a few bar tables, but without chairs. Worth a visit but go early.

Ideal please to rest your cold and aching feet after exploring Santa’s Village. The hot chocolate is amazing and they serve oat milk flatwhite.

This is a very nice cafe in one of the Christmas-themed shopping malls at Santa's village. We enjoyed both the prompt service and the drinks and treats that we ordered.

Upstairs and not many tables, but a place to warm up and decent coffee and some great cakes, Found the staff to be polite and friendly, Will visit again in future

The carrot cake is absolutely delicious, with a subtle hint of cinnamon and a texture reminiscent of pound cake. Ham & cheese toast also not bad. I really enjoy it.

Lovely coffee place with a nice view, good coffee, tasty desserts and polite, friendly staff. There’s also a small gift shop where you can purchase items at a high price, that’s true but still expected considering you’re in Santa’s village.
